Our weekly farm stand is open every Tuesday during the growing season, right here at Groundwork on Buffalo's East Side.

The Farm Stand




​Our farm stand is where most of what we grow ends up.

Every Tuesday, we fill the stand with whatever is coming out of the fields that week, from spring greens and radishes to summer tomatoes, peppers and eggplant, and fall roots, squash and greens.

There's no need to be a CSA member to shop.

​Everyone is welcome!

Good Food For All

We believe access to fresh, healthy food is a human right. Everyone is welcome at our farm stand, and we accept a variety of payment methods.
We accept:
  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards
  • SNAP / EBT
  • Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks
  • WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program checks

Double Up Your SNAP Dollars!


Groundwork Market Garden is a participating Double Up Food Bucks NY location.

If you receive SNAP benefits, Double Up Food Bucks helps your food dollars go further when you buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

When you use SNAP at our farm stand, Double Up provides a dollar-for-dollar match on eligible purchases, up to the program's daily limit.
That means $10 in SNAP can get you $20 worth of fresh produce.

​There is no additional application or income requirement. If you have an active SNAP EBT card, you're eligible to participate. Ask us about Double Up when you check out and we'll help you take advantage of this wonderful program

​What's at the Stand?



Our selection changes every week and throughout the season.

​You'll find a rotating selection of Certified Organic vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, flowers and other crops grown right here at Groundwork.
We also carry a small selection of foods and products from other local farms and producers, including items like eggs, bread, coffee, meat, olive oil, cider vinegar and other seasonal favorites.

The farm stand is more than picking up groceries!

Throughout the season, Tuesday nights may also include pizza, yoga, visiting vendors, special events and other reasons to stick around for a while.

Bring a reusable bag, bring a friend, and spend some time at the farm.

What To Know:

Bring your own bags if you have them!

Many of our rotating farm stand events (like yoga and pizza) are outdoors, so hours and events may occasionally change because of severe weather.

Parking is available on surrounding streets. Please be considerate of our neighbors when parking and visiting the farm.
